A full basement and lots of storage. Many of the rooms have been recently painted. Much of the carpet has been replaced with laminate flooring this past year. Laundry room with washer and dryer hookups. Central heat and air.

The rent includes water and sewer but not electric. No smokers. Pet policy is 1 small dog or 1 cat allowed. There is a $1,000 security deposit and last month rent to be paid when lease is signed. Couples or small families only.
