It is a green built and energy star certified home featuring extra thick walls and insulation, an on-demand gas water heater, and super high efficiency ductless heat and air conditioning. The unit has washer dryer hookups and comes with its own designated off-street parking. Tenant is responsible for gas, electric, and water. Lawncare is included. There are two units in this duplex, a two bedroom on the upper level and a one bedroom on the lower. This listing is for the lower unit. I am a good and reasonable landlord that likes to take excellent care of his properties and looks for the same in a tenant.
