Half a block away from Indian Mounds Park where there is a great view of the city. Bus route a block away. Friendly neighborhood and friendly neighbors!

No smoking. No pets. Tenant responsible for Xcel, water, and snow removal. Landlord responsible for trash and mowing the lawn. Tenant responsible for upkeep of all appliances which includes all fridges, ranges, washer, dryer, and all window a/c units. Landlord will provide window a/c units but will not replace. Anyone trying to earn and save to get out of here likely gets robbed and winds up having to live here in this stupid cycle a little longer. Best to just avoid it all together if you’re looking at property here. "
