"Lots of my neighbors have dogs. My whole block is millennial first time home buyers who have a dog or a cat. We often help each other with our pets"
  • BlackIrish
"Too much petty crime, the last year or so has been trending more and more towards more violent incidents. Anyone trying to earn and save to get out of here likely gets robbed and winds up having to live here in this stupid cycle a little longer. Best to just avoid it all together if you’re looking at property here. "
  • Charlie F.
"Great neighborhood for dog owners. The park is close. I grew up here, moved away and came back. It’s a nice little neighborhood that nobody knows about.....yet "
  • Scott F.
"I find the Trulia crime map accurate for my area. Quality of neighborhoods can change block to block. Look for areas with lower crime and less rental property for children to be able to connect with more stable neighbors. "
  • Kmkuehn09
"I would say it used to be a good neighborhood however now crime rate went up. Shootings and thieves are going around to close to home. "
  • Illia9
"I have lived here for years and find that the neighborhood is safe and friendly. Ultimately, the neighborhood looks out for each other and it is a great area to raise a family with young kids."
  • Jayda K.
"i lived in this neighborhood for years and it's not safe alot of gun violence fighting and drug dealers "

"Visiting from Canada, it is easy to see the benefits of Dayton’s Bluff and St. Paul, Mn. One highlight is the close proximity to schools and bussing. That, and the ability to walk to a variety of pub trivia locales (where I personally tend to thrive)"
  • Rick M.
