Improvements include: a 42 x 139commercial shop building with 42 x 103 open warehouse, 5 concrete block dryer tunnels in the east side of the building which were formerly part of a prune dehydrator but usable for commodity storage and/or drying other commodities. It is run on natural gas. There is covered equipment storage in front of shop. Shop has restrooms and an office. There are sorting trays and grading tables for the former prune operation. The shop is serviced by both 220 volt and 480 volt wiring, and natural gas. Residential improvements include: a 1650 square foot, 3 bedroom/2 bath manufactured home built by Fleetwood in 1996. The home has been extensively renovated including repair of drywall and subfloor, new paint, new appliances, new lighting fixtures, and all new floor coverings and windows.

    "This area is a heavy mixture of old mobile homes, very little pride of ownership. Weeds sky high in the summer time and junk vehicles abound. It would be a good area for urban renewal if they had such a thing in Tehama County. In the summer one good fire would wipe out 3/4 of the homes there. It is sad because it could be a lovely area, and there is basically only one way in and one way out."
