The Master has a beautiful bay window and large closet space, the 2nd bedroom with a large closet space is right across from the full 2nd bathroom. The back door opens to a large quiet commons lawn area, which you won't find with most units. It is perfect for children and just like having you're own yard. Included is access to the 4 beautiful pools Spring Ridge has to offer in the summer time. The condo is painted/decored in a very modern way; unlike most typical rentals you see. There is a brand new hot water heater, a brand new large stainless Whirlpool Fridge, new stainless dishwasher, and full size washer and dryer. The condo will be available the first week in September maybe a few days earlier, but you may see it anytime before that. Pets will be considered on a case by case basis. It is PERFECT for pets as you walk out your back door to let you pet you.....no stairs or dressing up because your neighbors will see you!
