 Room: Large 12' x 11' bedroom with a huge walk-in closet. Comes with a queen-size Sleep Number bed for ultimate comfort.
 Current housemates: Two long-term adult male renters.
 Home: Townhouse with 1.5 baths, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, washer/dryer, dining area, and spacious living room. Fully furnished, including towels and linens.
 Location: Just 20 minutes to Overland Park and downtown KCMO.
 Grocery stores, restaurants, and major roads are easily accessible.
 Parking areas are shown on last photo as black check marks.
Looking for someone clean, friendly, and easy-going to become part of the household. All common areas including bathrooms are shared. All bedroom doors have locks.
Background and credit check required. $750 deposit required at lease signing, which rolls over to be your damages deposit which is returned when you leave if there is no damage.
A professional cleaning service helps keep the home in great shape! Each renter pays $35/month, but personal cleaning and upkeep are still expected.

Looking for a month to month commitment. I have two awesome long term male renters and I'm looking for a third. I need someone who is responsible and cleans up after himself. No smoking, vaping or weed indoors or out. Please use electric candles and electric diffusers instead of regular candles and incense. No pets. Background and credit check is required. I will be booking tour times on the phone, not through Zillow.
