Burke Gilman trail runs through the neighborhood and is a dedicated bike trail that goes for many miles and is a beautiful escape through the trees and by the waterfront. Neighborhood has great views and is close to great shopping and near a high end mall, University Village. Sidewalks, curving streets with well kept homes, much of the area is hilly with great landscaping and views. Home styles are varied, all homes are unique but blend well together. Lots of great parks within walking distance, area is on the shores of Lake Washington."
