What Locals Say about Hawthorne Hills

  • BRIAN S.
"Beautiful private neighborhood, lots of very nice homes, views. located minutes from shopping, hospitals and parks. 20 to 30 min travel time to downtown. the top school serve this area. located in Northest Seattle, arguably one of the nicest areas in Seattle."
  • BRIAN S.
"Hawthorne Hills is a beautiful neighborhood. The streets curve up the hill, are named after university cities and most come together at the top of the hill known as University Circle. The area has sidewalks and undergrounds wiring. There are great views towards the city or Lake Washington and the Cascade Mountains. Most homes have wonderful views. Super convenient to the Univ of Wa, Children's Hospital and shopping at the upscale University Village. Waterfront parks nearby. Lots of the homes are going through a major remodel or being torn down so the area is constantly being improved with rapid price raises."
  • BRIAN S.
"Close to downtown Seattle but off the beaten path unless you live here. Established homes with much remodeling-tear down activity. Great high end shopping nearby and a wooded dedicated bike path the was formally a railroad line...goes from north and to south and of the city."
