Description

Wonderful light and airy townhome (with its own private garage) located in a small 8 unit building in prime Ocean Park. Beautifully Upgraded. Great Santa Monica location, west of Lincoln and only a few blocks east of the Pacific Ocean, Santa Monica Pier and Main Street. Beach living at its finest. The natural light just bathes over this townhome and is truly amazing. Treetop views and that desired twinkling light views in the evening hours. Fireplace and kitchen were updated with new stone. Guest bath and second bath have been remodeled. This town home offers a whole home water purification and a water softener system, wow. You will find a Ring camera system and alarm system. The home has Lutron Caseta switches; easy to dim and automate. The blinds are all automated; Hunter Douglas honeycomb! The fireplace was recently updated and feels almost like art; what a way to enjoy those evenings of romance and / or relaxation! There is a downstairs room (den or for a home office ) and of course a private two car garage (with electronic opener) . This is available to show now.

What Locals Say about Ocean Park

  • Emily Bohannon
"My commute is fairly easily because it is opposite traffic living in SM and commuting out. It takes me 25 minutes to get to DTLA in the morning and 45 to get home."

"Ocean Park is a safe, friendly neighborhood close to some of Santa Monica’s most popular attractions: the beach, shops, restaurants, bars, City Hall, the 3rd Street Promenade, the Expo Light Rail station, the Pier, and the Sunday Farmers Market. The area is great for year around outdoor activities such as walking, jogging, biking, and all beach activities. "

"Great as long as you work within 3 miles. The 10 Freeway can be brutal, so can the 405. Commuting to Hollywood sucks."

  • Corykrozatti
"My neighborhood has great access to freeways, PCH and the metro line. It’s central to Santa Monica and Venice. "

"There are a lot of homeless people and wandering the streets. The school system is good, but private schools are much better. "

  • Todd C.
"Nice quiet street. Most of the buildings have their own parking, so there is always street parking available for guests. Your friends and family will love to visit since it's a short walk to Main Street and the beaches! This a nice and easy place to live. Traffic can be pretty tough in LA, however this part of Santa Monica is easy to get on and off the 10 and PCH."

  • Sri K. Y. L. E.
"This is a gorgeous house in a great area. It is modern architectural yet warm - hard to capture that balance with modern. I love that it's tucked away on Grant. Very subtle. I can't say enough about Ocean Park Santa Monica - it's just a great place to live. I live in Venice but did live in OP for many years. As a local agent I sell many homes in this area. My only gripe with this particular street is parking. It's not great."
