We are two easy going professional guys (mid 20's) seeking a relaxed and respectful housemate (M/F) to share a bright, renovated 3 Bedroom 2 bath Capitol Hill TH apt. The house (@ 4th and F NE) is located a few short blocks from Union Station (red line metro) and the Senate Office Bldg. We are also located about 2 blocks from the H street "Atlas District" corridor where there are many great restaurants and bars, along with a nearby Whole Foods and Giant grocery store. Union Market is nearby as well.
The TH apt has many updated features, including;
* Stainless refrigerator, d/w and stove
* Central Air Conditioning/Heat
* Wood burning fireplace
* Hardwood floors in living room, kitchen and bedrooms
* Full-size washer and dryer
* Security/alarm system
* Outdoor fenced-in patio - perfect for BBQ's
* Close walking distance to Union Station Red-line metro (3 blocks)
* Walk score = 87!
* Plenty of street parking available (optional off-street parking may be available)
The lower level bedroom is very large (approx. 14 x 20 ft - great WFH space), and has a good sized closet with French double-doors. If interested, the bedroom can come partially furnished with a queen size bed, nightstand, and work desk.
The bathroom was recently remodeled (w/large walk-in ceramic tile shower) and is shared with one other housemate. The rest of the house is mostly furnished however you are welcome to add your own personal items. Utilities are shared and a 9 - 12 month lease is preferred.
Rent = $1,195 month + utils (shared).
