10/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy son was in the TAG program. He was supported, challenged and had a wonderful group of friends. Mr Pagano was easy to talk to when we needed anything. Overall, sports, academics, teachers and school were great.Parent Review3y ago12 Reviews - Amity Creek Elementary School

10/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageExceptional school in every way! Every time I walk in the door (which is often because it's a very community minded school) I wish I could stay! The staff are warm, inviting, patient and knowledgable. The curriculum is top notch. Students learn to be confident and creative with a solid foundation all academic areas.Parent Review1y ago7 Reviews - Summit High School

10/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI went here for a short but wonderful 1 1/2 years, left second semester of my sophomore year and I just say, it's a lovely school. The staff is amazing but it does depend on what you look for in staff members, as they're not strict and act like high schoolers themselves while still being kind and helpful. The building is new and one of the most gorgeous I've ever seen, the area surrounding is nature filled and just lovely. Kids do tend to skip, very often, as the staff isn't very strict when it comes down to it unless you skip constantly. It's an open campus which is a score but I have one issue that just makes it hard to give it a perfect rating, and that's the teaching styles. You cover one subject for a VERY LONG TIME, unless in A.P classes, they really draw out the units which honestly made it more difficult for me to learn as I found myself spacing off for days as the teachers went over the same things repeatedly. Besides that, this school is absolutely amazing c:Student Review9y ago15 Reviews - Pine Ridge Elementary School

"Just a wonderful neighborhood-- very quiet, incredibly central, easy to get anywhere. I love being able to walk down to the Old Mill, the river, the canal trail."

"We have lived in this neighborhood for about six years and we really love this great little pocket neighborhood. We love the community path that leads down to the Old Mill and the fact that we're so close to downtown and 97. It's a surprisingly quiet spot considering how central it is. I love to ride my bike down to the Deschutes River Trail, the Canal Trail, downtown and to other areas of the city."

"I am not a dog owner, but the neighborhood has lots of dogs. They need to be on leash, as their is quite a bit of traffic. "

"I have lived in the neighborhood 18 years and LOVE this pocket neighborhood. I can walk to everything, including the concerts at the amphitheater, movies, food, shopping, the river. The neighborhood is still quiet, but close to it all. Wouldn't live anywhere else!"
