"I believe community is very nice, clean, safe, and convenient. I feel like I am in one of modernized cities in East Asia, since I feel this city has a very different vibe compared to other U.S. cities. I don’t want to say this city is 100% perfect, but it is one of the organized/protected cities in the States."

"Great environment and friendly to dogs and cats. The places are clean and have designated dog parks in communities. Also many parks to visit. Lot of people run and workout with their dogs. Definitely feels like a dog world when you see how many people have a dog walking them from time to time or everyday "

  • Shannon Figueroa
"Great community. I love living here for the amenities and it’s very beautiful "
  • Trulia User
"I have lived here for a year and a half now with my fiancĆ© and MIL but had friends lived here for over ten years including my fiancĆ©. I can say that a lot of this neighborhood used to be very quiet and safe place. However over the years it has become very crowded, over populated and unsafe due to the drivers never stopping at stop signs and running red lights. Parking and population has gotten worse over the years. The price for everything around here is what you pay but at the same time it’s very expensive to live here. The people here are also not friendly and very rude to each other and the people that work around here. I can only hope that this place can get better before we decide to leave otherwise it will be unbearable. "
  • Erikamurrel
"I work from home, but not a lot of traffic over in this area unless it’s during school hours. There’s an elementary school close by. "
  • benwang98
"There are not as many dogs here as you may find in a typical American neighborhood. However most dogs seem to be friendly and happy. Some dog owners do not pickup after their dogs occasionally but most of them do. "
  • Trulia User
"movie night at the park. halloween Christmas party pool party sports events and other community events "
  • Trulia User
"Promenade apartments at Irvine spectrum have a cafe that has live music for locals, quiz night, movie nights on the loan outside the pools "
