2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWorst school ever, my son was in special ed, only 4 yo, they let the kids unattended and the principal doesn't care about, the substitute teacher came crying one day asking parents for help to get more assistance for the kids, cos it was only her with 11 kids special needs. Smh, after a lot of meetings with San Bernardino school district, I transferred my son to another school. And that was the best decision ever!!!Parent Review2y ago - Richardson PREP HI Middle School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI have had two students attend and graduate from San G. Both graduated with high honors. The AVID program was very helpful in guiding both students with college preparation. San G. also offers a parent clinic which informs parents about the college application process and financial aid. The key to success is to be an active parent and allow your student to participate in school activities. Both of my students were very active in sports and school activities.Parent Review10y ago - Del Vallejo Middle School

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe staff are really supportive and they want a bright future for their students. I am in the STEM Elective and the teacher has taught our class a lot about 3D modeling, and how to use the equipment. The teachers are really positive and are really supportive. However the students aren’t motivated to learn or do their assignments. But the teachers are willing to help and they do extremely well to help their students understand the topic and lesson. The staff are really sweet. Even though it has a bad reputation I still love it here despite getting accepted to a better school. I chose to say and I don’t regret it at all.Student Review9mo ago - Colonel Joseph C. Rodriguez Prep Academy

"Most dogs are used for security and locked behind fences. Some are not locked up will bark at you and come at you as you walk down the street. Some cross the street as if they own it. Right now the city is putting up sidewalks to make it safer to walk to school. This is nice so we can walk our dogs, ride bikes. I like walking my dog from time to time."

"The safety of a neighborhood or community is based on the involvement of the families that live there. To keep it safe takes more than police officers cruising through for 5 mins twice a shift. Parents talking to parents and children pointing out the things that they see. When you move into a new area get to know your neighbors and ask questions. Neighborhood Watch isn't necessary when everyone is watching for their neighborhood. Keep out children, each other and homes under a concerned eye."
