About this House

This is a furnished unit! Perfect for traveling nurses or working professionals or families that don't want to hassle with furniture moving. Nicely finished main level in a duplex with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. South facing windows for all that natural light. Good amount of space. Nice appliances. Laundry inside the unit. This place has everything you will need to function on daily basis. Central air will keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Located a few blocks south of Provo center street makes it a great location that is decently close to freeway access, shopping, entertainment yet still separated from all the noise. Message me for a showing! Hoping for 6 months but can be negotiable.

$50 monthly utility fee. Must pass a background check and credit check. Application fee $40/adult. Minimum credit score of 720 required. Income needs to be 2.5x rent. Pets ok with $250 deposit and $50/month pet fee per pet. I do need 24 hours notice to show despite the time slot under tours of this listing. $600 one time cleaning fee.
