It's roughly 650 ft. One bedroom with second room for office. With bathroom, shower and tub and awesome private patio overlooking fantastic views of the East Bay and redwoods to the west with lots of sunshine. One year lease at $2550 a month which includes utilities(to an avg limit), then month to month. There is a shared washer and dryer on site and parking for one car. Ideal for a single person. No couples or shared for roommates, I don't have the capacity for that. I have dogs, so must be comfortable with dogs and if you like to garden that is a huge bonus as the unit has its own large private yard and rose garden. I'm open to a dog as long as it will get along with mine and is medium or smaller, roughly 50lbs or less. No cats.
It is up a single lane road off the top flight of Dipsea stairs. The property has great access to all trails on Mt Tam and Muir Woods. Property is 3 acres very private and in a quiet neighborhood away from town, a little more rustic in nature. The house old growth redwood built in the 30's and I live upstairs.
PG&E and water included to an average monthly total, anything above that average gets split evenly. Dog welcome 50 pounds or under and must get along with my dog. pet security deposit of $500. No smoking. Single person, not a large enough capacity for shared or couple. Parking for one car.

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageDo not send your children here, I was at this school for all my middle school years and before it I had no mental health issues but afterwards my depression was so horrible I got extremely far behind in classes. I along with my parents requested an IEP for years with the administration refusing every time until my 8th grade year which then improved my grades so much more. I am a single mother and have raised two beautiful daughters in this community. We chose Park school mainly because it was closest to our house however, I have to say that it was a phenomenal choice!I have nothing but fantastic things to say about the teachers and their devotion to the job! Kids have access during the schooldays to art, outdoor education, music, and much more. There are tons of extracurricular activities available on campus after school, which is a really lovely addition to the school experience. The architecture is absolutely stunning.This school honestly has some great teachers and courses that make me excited to learn. I feel like there are many options for electives and clubs here.Also, the environment of the school is pretty inclusive. There are many students from different backgrounds, and it seems that we fight back against inequalities.This school also is very flexible, and most staff are kind.
