Private schools that are close include St Thomas More, Regis HS, Kent Country Day, and many private pre-schools that are within a 2 mile radius. The home sits on a p quiet cul-de-sac with a large fenced yard with many mature trees and the yard backs to a green belt that connects to the neighborhood pool. It has 4 bedrooms upstairs with 2 full baths. The main floor has a large upgraded kitchen with granite slab counters, stainless steel appliances, new kitchen cabinets, large eating area, formal dining room, living room and great room off of the kitchen with a fireplace and wiring for a large screen TV above the fireplace (currently there is 55 inch LED TV installed). There is an oversize 2 car garage and a 1000 squ. ft. partially finished basement that can be used for a gym or storage. The backyard has mature landscaping, many large trees, and the patio has been upgraded to extend the entire back of the house. Dogs are negotiable as the entire backyard is fenced and there is a separate dog area or dog run on the side of the home. This neighborhood is made up of owner occupied housing with a strong Homeowners Association that keeps the neighborhood in excellent condition. The neighborhood is a very well maintained owner occupied desirable neighborhood. Schools are close and school bus service is directly out the door. The public school system is excellent and there are many private school options close by. You are only 2 miles from Park Meadows Mall, light rail is close, access to I25, C470 and E470 is within a mile of the home. The Denver Tech Center is only 3 miles away. The neighborhood is made up of a mix of ages with a strong mix of families with children in the local schools. Swim team, tennis lesson, men and women tennis leagues are very popular.
