My child did not feel safe at this school and did not feel like the teachers and staff would support them.

Although TVHS is treated like the outcast school in the district, the staff and administration are fantastic. They really care about their students. The kids in general get along well regardless of their peer group, and for having poor facilities, their sports are good. The School could definitely push the kids harder academically, but overall, TVHS has been a positive experience.

I have a son with certain levels of requirements, who came from another school where he grew slowly. When he started at Carrie Martin in the fall of 25 he was very excited and became quite engaged very quickly with the program. He's developed friends, figured out some social skills on top of becoming a pretty good student. His personality has started coming out more and he has grown more here in six months, than 3 years at the previous school. Whatever they are doing at Carrie Martin is a tremendous achievement for the entire community. The principal and the staff are incredible. Their hard work truely pays off and it's showing in my student. 5 stars!
