There is a small studio apartment on the main level that is a separate rental property with its own private entrance at the back. Smoking or vaping is not allowed on the premises, and a $200 per day fee will be assessed if it is found that guests have been smoking or vaping. Pet-friendly properties are marked as such, and if this property is pet-friendly, pets are allowed at a cost of $10 per pet, per day. Service animals are permitted at all properties at no extra cost. Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fee. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a fee of $15 per hour past or before the indicated departure or arrival time, with 24 hours advance notice required. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a $50 fee per hour. Guests are required to pick up after their animal and will be charged $10 per exterior location if not cleaned up. If animals defecate or urinate on the floors, the guest will be responsible for professional carpet cleaning services. If animals cause damage to the property, the guest will be responsible for any repairs or replacement. For guests staying longer than 15 days, an additional fee of 50% of the advertised cleaning fee will be assessed, payable 24 hours prior to check-in. For guests staying longer than 30 days, property evaluation walkthroughs will be scheduled every 30 days. Please do not adjust the thermostat temperature below 65 to avoid water line freezing. No firing of weapons of any kind is allowed on the property. No tents are allowed, per subdivision rules. No large bonfires and only firewood are permitted to be burned in the fire pit during non-fire-ban seasons. All fires must be fully extinguished with water after use. Garbage must be bagged and stowed in the bear-proof receptacle; a $30 fee per bin will be assessed for unbagged garbage. Please lock and close all windows and doors upon leaving. Street parking is not permitted. Outdoor security cameras may be in use.

    "It’s close to all the schools. It’s close to the LDS temple. It’s in a quiet place. Has a nice view of Utah lake. Very close to the Canyon. Lots of parks close by. Very involved community. And very close to all the shopping needs you need. "

    "Live in this area. Very nice, quiet, neighbors are wonderful. More bus stops would be wonderful as well as an actual mall rather than scattered stores. Plenty of restaurants though. Very pet friendly but we do have a few irresponsible owners that let their dogs run rampant so I don't ever have outside cats here just in case. Everyone I've met here has been incredibly friendly and neighbors stepped in to help my family unpack and move in from day one. They even helped us put the grass in our lawn! I believe we ended up having at least 10 people stop what they were doing and get down and dirty to help out! Luckily we are pretty close to Lehi so what little things we don't have here, are easily attained. My only real complaint is a lack of a mall to do serious clothing etc shopping in."
