Upstairs, 2 Bedrooms (Queen bed in one room and Full and twin in other room) one full bathroom upstairs. Large back deck with patio furniture and new Weber grill. Backyard is not fenced so the deer will run through. Location of the home is not on or near any busy road which make it dead quiet. Rent is $5000 per month for May, $5,500 for June 2026; $6500 for July, August 2026. $3200 for 6-9 month lease term starting mid August/September to May. $200 utility allowance.
