Home has great space with a large Fenced backyard area, patio, and large Arcadia doors for lots of light. Seperate dining room and off street parking. It is on a corner lot.
Master bedroom has a massive walk-in closet (size if a small bedroom itself) and private bathroom and the other 2 rooms share the other 2 bathrooms. Nice view of the peaks and oversized window. Bathrooms have been remodeled. Vinyl and laminate throughout with carpet only on the stairs.
Under stair storage space and washer dryer hookup. There are working units installed. The air-conditioning is new as well as the furnace.
No application fees, no credit check and all are welcome to apply. Pets considered. Deposit can be pro-rated if needed and is fully refundable. Available as soon as Aug 1, or prorated rent into August. Owner managed, and we are very relaxed, but fix anything quickly. Pets considered. Call or message today to walk through and take a look!

Students welcome. We enjoy helping create rental history foe first time or young renters. Pets are considered with an additional fully refundable pet deposit of 250. Cats have no deposit. Owner managed and always availa le by phone if you need anything.
Fenced back yard, patio and gardening area and off street parking. Upgraded bathrooms and flooring, 2024 lg stainless fridge.
Deposits can be pro-rated rated out over several months if needed. We do NOT charge application fees and do not have non refundable deposits or administrative fees. We are very good about getting repair folks out if needed and are generally very easy landlords. I give out references for future housing for past tenants. We ask no sanitary stuff goes down the toilets and no open fires in the backyard. No smoking cigarettes inside the home.
Ac/furnace filters are tenant responsibility monthly while in use, and super basic repairs like changing light bulbs will be tenant responsibility as well as anything broken by tenant, but we are always available if you need help figuring out what to do. Tenant will have to clean upon lease end and allow landlord to show the home when getting ready for rent again, usually in the last month, keeping it showable and tidy at that time. Tenant will be responsible for keeping front porch, and parking area and backyard clear of weeds, trash and snow.
