This lovely cabin seamlessly blends classic Tahoe charm with modern appointments. The downstairs consists of a combined living room / dining area and kitchen along with a full bathroom. The living room is nicely furnished and includes a large flat screen SmartTV along with a classic wood burning fireplace / stove. There are also two spacious decks (front and back) to enjoy during warmer months that are nicely appointed with outdoor dining tables, gas grill and an outdoor fire pit. Upstairs, you'll find 3 Bedrooms and 1 Full Bathroom along with a 4th Bonus Room that can either be used as a private office area or as an additional sleeping area (Full Pad provided).

All bedrooms are located upstairs and the bed configuration can sleep up to 8 guests as follows:

- Bedroom 1: King
- Bedroom 2: Queen
- Bedroom 3: Two sets of twin bunk beds
- Bonus Room 4: Can either be used as a private office area or possibly as a storage room or a place for an additional person to sleep on Full Size Mat (provided).

Fantastic Chamberlands location! This cabin is an outdoor lovers' dream centrally located in the heart of Chamberlands!

- This cabin includes access to Chambers Landing private beach, pool and tennis courts (all located just a short 7 - 10 minute walk from the cabin). Note that pool & tennis courts are only available during prime summer months as determined by Chamberlands HOA (typically from late June through Labor Day Weekend).
- Catch the paved bike trail just a few blocks down and walk or ride for miles along West Shore, into Tahoe City or along the Truckee River out to Alpine Meadows / Palisades.
- Nearby resorts including Palisades / Alpine Meadows Ski Resort (20 - 30 minute drive), Homewood Mountain Resort (3 - 5 minute drive), and Northstar at Tahoe (40 - 50 minute drive).
- Sugar Pine State Park is about 6 - 8 minutes from the cabin.
- Nearby Paige Meadows offers hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing during the winter months and the Tahoe City Nordic Center is about 20 - 25 minutes from the cabin.
- Close proximity to Dockside 360 Market in Homewood and Tahoma Market, Dog & Bear, Cult Burger and Where We Met Coffee Shop (all about a 3 - 5 minutes drive from the cabin).

Chamberlands is a true gem to be discovered in Lake Tahoe. Located between Homewood and Tahoma on the west shore of Lake Tahoe, this neighborhood consists of approximately 300 homes and offers wonderful woodsy locations with many properties bordering on streams.

SEASONAL: Deck furniture, fire pit and BBQ grill are not available 10/15-5/15 as they are stored for the winter season due to snow.

Available for winter ski lease starting January 4th.
