Available as a 4-month winter ski lease (Dec 1, 2026 Mar 31, 2027), with April available as an optional extension. Sleeps 8 across (4 bedrooms), each with its own private balcony. Vaulted wood ceilings, plush furnishings, and a stone fireplace anchoring the living area built for winter days on the mountain and evenings warming up by the fire.

Perfect for: seasonal ski professionals, remote workers doing a Tahoe winter, retirees taking a ski season, or extended families gathering for the holidays and the slopes. Homewood reopened publicly for the 2025-26 season and is confirmed operating for 2026-27.

Homewood Mountain Resort is a mile up the road; Palisades Tahoe and Alpine Meadows are about 30 minutes north; Northstar and Truckee are 45 minutes. Downtown Tahoe City for restaurants, groceries, and gear is about 15 minutes. Chambers Landing Bar & Grill and Meeks Bay are close for spring-thaw days. Reno-Tahoe International Airport is roughly 90 minutes.
