About this House

This is a super-spacious apartment with tall ceilings, huge doors and windows, beautifully refinished hardwood floors, and much more. This was my personal home before we moved out to the country, and I renovated it before we moved in. It has four bedrooms plus an extra room that has been used by some tenants as a 5th bedroom. There is plenty of storage space with closets in every bedroom, plus in the kitchen and utility room. There is a washer/dryer hookup with utility sink in the basement. There is a separate dining room and a shady front porch with swing. There is a 2nd story balcony on the side of the house. Parking is plentiful behind the house, and the parking area has 24h-hour security lighting. This house is close to both WKU and downtown. Call or text Downtown James Brown

    "I have never saw buses in Bowling Green my with the exception of school buses. A lot of thieves, people coming in out of your unit and they have a serious problems with RATS. A Hackers paradise. Not the best place to live."
