Description

Major project house located in Downtown Bowling Green. The home is absolutely not livable and is going to require lots of work and resources to become the showpiece that it use to be. To allow for a whole new floorplan, the upstairs has already been gutted to studs and in my opinion the downstairs will need the same. I believe there are a few options for the almost 3,000 square foot property: single family, duplex or office down/apartment up. Roof replaced in 2018. This project is definitely not for everyone, but if you are up to the challenge feel free to contact me and we will discuss a time for a walk through. If you are looking for a project and think this one is too much for you, let me know and I might have another for you to check out.
