We are a multi-State Management Company out of Irvine, with accounts in Washington, Colorado, Idaho, and Arizona.

Refrigerators upon request can be provided, but using your own or us supplying a unit does not change the rental rate. We would only supply a base unit of about 22 Cubic Feet with separate Freezer.

We do have a Mandatory Renters insurance fee monthly or can accept a Tenant Policy if it meets our specifications. We also do participate in Rental Payment reporting, but can charge a fee.

The unit is located just off of Gage Avenue, west of the I-5 Freeway in a Residential Neighborhood. And just to the east of Garfield Avenue.

Until a deposit is received, we will be holding only Open Houses for this unit, no special appointments as stated above. The Rental Person will be coming out from Downey. The Open Houses will be set up based on the Responses received, thus please watch for a return email on time/date for the next showing.

If you need paper applications we can accommodate that also. The application processing fee is $40 per adult. Each adult interested will have to complete an application. We will only take certified funds for the application processing fee (cashier's check or money order or cash, no personal checks). Application Processing Fees are not refundable!

The unit inside is nice, the Landscaping is sparse, but this is a smaller 4-Unit Complex.

Indoor Only Pet Cat and small indoor type dog breeds (only non dangerous breeds or mixes) of no more than 28lbs. with a $250 Pet Deposit required. We will also consider other types of small Pets in Cages, Tanks, Aquariums. Deposit required but as per the type of Pet or Cage, Tank, Aquarium and authorization is required, and deposit might be waived for certain types of Pets that are legal to be sold within California that don't present a danger.

For our units, we will accept total of 2 people a bedroom, plus one for the General Apartment. All adults residing in the Unit must apply. We do not allow subletting.

When I first moved here in Jan 2014 it was very quiet but the neighbors have become louder now especially as it nears the 4th of July you’ll hear fireworks sometimes even at midnight. I live near Eastern and Harbor. I do think other areas of Commerce are quieter still. Crime isn’t a problem except petty theft. The surrounding areas have more crime but it feels very safe here if you’re off of the main streets. Overall it’s a nice place to live. I just wish there were a little more to do in my area of Commerce. "
