You will have a nicely appointed 2 bedroom flat with a private entrance, which includes: fully stocked kitchen, built in electric stove, granite counter tops, brand new refrigerator, microwave, a counter top oven with fully stocked with pots, dishes, glassware, vacuum cleaner, electric mop, black out drapes on, a smart TV, in unit GE Profile washer/dryer, USB outlets and WIFI, internet.

We are a no smoking/vaping home.

We provide bed linens, pillows, blankets and towels, if you would like to bring your own, not a problem, just let us know and we will remove ours.

The rental unit is in the upper level of our 2-story duplex. There is a flight of outside stairs leading to your private unit.
Established, charming street with great neighbors in a quiet area. There is plenty of on street parking. Easy access to Hwy 37, 29 and 80, 1 mile to the farmers market close to 6 Flags. Minutes to Napa and Sonoma wine country! Down Tennessee Blvd is Vallejo frontage park and Mare Island; great for hiking and biking, Mare Island Nature Preserve close by. Just 1.5 miles to the ferry, Mare Island Brewing Co and local restaurants and bars. Walking distance to the Yacht club where they have Wednesday night sailboat races April - October, the captains are always looking for crew members. Get involved with the waterfront, whale boats are another opportunity to be on the water. We are on one of the most sought-after streets in Vallejo, you can be at the waterfront in just a few minutes.

This is a mid-term rental for professionals visiting the area. Minimum stay for 3 months, and negotiable increase in stay subsequent. There will be a background check, credit check and job check required previous to tenant accessing property. This is a lovely property, on a quiet leafy street. In 5 years of renting the premises we've never had a complaint

    "We just moved a year ago to Vallejo and LOVE it! Our neighbors are very friendly (they always say hi and often stop to chat, they bring our garbage cans back when we forget, they watch our pets when we’re on vacation etc) and everyone takes good care of their houses and yards. We used to live in San Francisco and know that Vallejo has a bad rap but I think the sketchy parts are really only limited to small areas (we don’t even know which ones are not good, we haven’t seen any areas that are that bad and it’s definitely way better than so many areas in San Francisco, like the Mission and the Tenderloin!) We’re in our late twenties and love the proximity to Napa to go wine tasting with friends. The weather is out of this world, it’s pretty much always sunny, warmer than San Francisco but a lot less hot during Summer than the East Bay or Napa. Plants grow very well thanks to this weather (we have fruits trees and just planted a ton of vegetables, which are doing amazing). All in all, we love Vallejo because of its diversity and community, weather, proximity to wine country and to San Francisco, and so many more reasons. We couldn’t have found a better place to live and believe that Vallejo is a hidden gem of Northern California. Not surprising why it was so hard to find a house here and that prices keep going up! Hope this helps anyone considering to move to Vallejo! :)"
