Camarillo, one of the best cities in the Ventura County.
9- 2 Cars Parking spaces and additional parking in the street available. The walk areas are well lighted and more solar lights are installed around the parking area to assist with lighting the area.
10- While we really like animals, dogs, cats and any other animals are not allowed in the property...... sorry pet owners. This is a very strict policy going with this property. By enforcing this policy, you are free of animal allergies and smells. However, being a pet owner cannot stop you for enjoying our unit, since there are pet hotels and private pet boarding in the area for you to consider placing your pet. Also, there has been no smoking inside the house since new, and no smoking is allowed inside the house.
11- Privacy: House provides Privacy, separate entrance, and is fully fenced for your peace of mind and will offer you the so much desired privacy in the front yard and in the back yard of it.

13- Quite: Quite neighborhood. Even though this Guest House shares a wall with the other unit, it is very quiet and far from any cars/motorcycles noises. This house is not just a night sleeping place, but a place with the full meaning of a "Home Sweet Home", as a place to relax and recharge your "batteries" so you will be happy and fully energized to deal with all the life challenges. Covid-19 has been so far the biggest challenge so far, and this house will assist you to overpass this challenge successfully providing you the conditions to work and study from home.
14- Ocean Breeze: Unless you live at Camarillo Heights, you will never understand the need for the Ocean Breeze. The breeze will cool you off at any hot days. This is an indescribable thing, unless you experience it!
15- Weather: You will never miss out the walk under the sun, at any time of the day, almost every day of the year, morning, lunch, or afternoon. Being said, you will enjoy the sun-rise, and the sun-sets from the borders of this property.
16- Peace of mind for any issues in the property: This is one of duplex units, landlord lives in the other unit. We will do anything in our authority to ensure that our guests will enjoy their time once in our property.
