A quick cab ride to business or if you prefer take a bus, and for those of you that commute to work you’re 5 minutes or less to the freeway yet far enough not to hear the traffic as you get ready to commute to Santa Barbara or Santa Monica beaches. After arriving home from work why not take a relaxing and pleasant stroll at the East Village Park. The new 6 acre park, under Construction, is located right next to the new Rio Rosales Middle School.
