This furnished beautiful home on one acre, is across the road from the Piney River and only 20 minutes from Dickson and under an hour from Nashville. Large bedrooms (2nd bedroom accesses the 2nd bathroom), large Master Bedroom has a large Master Bathroom with garden tub and separate glass shower, the living room and kitchen are huge with the laundry room and back door down a short hallway. This really is a great layout and beautiful views of the unspoiled countryside!

    "I have lived in this neighborhood for 18 years. It has changed from the middle class families that built the houses in the 70’s to those families moving into retirement. Some stayed. Some left. Some have passed on. The vacancies left have been filled with new families that now have older kids. I’m sure it will go through more changes as I am aging too and getting ready to be an empty-nester. The people have changed, but the area remains a good family neighborhood."
