    "Boone Trace is a great neighborhood with friendly neighbors who really take care of each other. Check out the Boone Trace Facebook page if you want proof. This neghborhood has many policemen as residents (better than having a gated entrance!) as prooof that is a safe neighborhood. The HOA is great and provides tons of activities and get togethers for the residents. Great park for the kids. Close to river greenways and state parks. Easy downtown drive of 17 miles - easiest commute versus south east or north of downtown. Quick access to I-40, 96 and the newly opened 840 by pass. "
