Sidewalks look clean overall. Very little barking also. It looks like most people train their dogs this way which keeps the neighborhood quiet. It’s a good neighborhood to have a dog."

The HOA fee is very low and they do a great job. It is walking distance to shopping, costco, and the medical center. Public tranportation is at the corner.
