Take a refreshing swim in the private heated pool, stretch out on the poolside loungers, or relax in the covered outdoor lounge surrounded by lush tropical greenery. The spacious, fully fenced backyard gives you room to enjoy the Florida sunshine while maintaining a sense of privacy.

The covered outdoor area provides a comfortable place to relax throughout the day, with seating, an outdoor TV, and a grill for easy meals at home.

As evening arrives, the pool and surrounding landscape create a beautiful setting for slowing down and enjoying the warm Florida air.

 Pet-Friendly Outdoor Space
Blue Paradise was designed with four-legged guests in mind. The fully fenced backyard gives approved pets space to enjoy the outdoors, and a convenient dog-washing station is located on the north side of the home. After a day of exploring or playing outside, you can easily rinse off sandy or muddy paws before heading back inside.

 Living Room
Inside, Blue Paradise offers a bright, open layout with comfortable blue furnishings, coastal-inspired artwork, and plenty of space to relax. The living room is designed for downtime, whether you're settling in for a movie, enjoying conversation with your group, or simply taking a break from the Florida sunshine. The open layout connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, making it easy for everyone to stay together while cooking, dining, or relaxing.

 Dining Area
The dining spaces are designed for enjoying meals together, from a relaxed breakfast before heading out for the day to dinner with family and friends. It's also a great place to slow down over coffee, play a game, or simply enjoy some time together without having to leave the house.

 Kitchen
The bright, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including a refrigerator, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, hand mixer, cookware, dinnerware, glassware, and pantry space.

One of the home's most unique features is its restored 1953 Tappan Deluxe stove and oven, a vintage piece that adds a special touch of history and character to an otherwise modern, functional kitchen. Please note that the vintage stove operates differently from modern appliances, instructions are provided in the home, and guests should use care when operating it.

 Bedrooms
Blue Paradise features two comfortable bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished to provide a peaceful place to rest after a day of swimming, sightseeing, or exploring South Florida.

A dedicated laundry area with a washer and dryer is available for guest use, along with cleaning supplies, an ironing board and iron, and additional storage space, making the home especially convenient for longer stays.

Blue Paradise offers plenty of ways to enjoy a quiet day at home. Watch TV from the comfortable living room, enjoy the outdoor TV from the covered patio, or simply put your feet up and enjoy the tropical surroundings. The home is equally suited to a relaxed day indoors or a full day spent outside by the pool.

 Dogs under 1 year or restricted breeds, including Labradors, are not permitted
 Unauthorized pets incur a $500 fine
 Protective couch covers provided for approved pets
 Pets must be supervised around the pool and outdoor areas at all times

 A Few Things to Know
For your safety and security, the home has specific procedures for the front and back doors, please review the instructions provided in the Digital Welcome Guide upon arrival. Guests are responsible for the safety of themselves and their guests, including children, around the pool and outdoor areas, children and other guests should never be left unattended near or around the pool. A fire extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink, and additional emergency information is provided in the home.

Short-term rental. Available Starting December 4, 2026 to May 31, 2027. 50% of the total is due at reservation, with the remaining balance due 30 days before arrival. A $500 damage deposit preauthorization is required and is released within 15 days after departure, less any applicable damages. Guests must be 25+ (or active military). Pets require prior written approval and a $250 fee. No smoking or vaping, and no parties or events. Quiet hours are 10 PM 8 AM. Maximum occupancy is 2 guests per bedroom plus 2 additional guests.
