Our building offers convenient amenities such as an on-site laundry facility, workout room, study lounge, pool table, ping pong table, and free parking for all residents. Stay active in our fitness center, concentrate in the study lounge, or challenge your neighbors to a friendly game of pool or ping pong. Cook your own food in the shared kitchenettes on each floor, or head downstairs for a meal at the Shiba Cafe.

The building has busing from the front door to Michigan Tech's Campus 11 times per weekday. In case you would rather bike, we have covered bike parking too! Experience comfortable living at Summit Place.

"Long and difficult for anything outside of the hospital or university 2 hours to a "big" city this community is extremely rural if you have any health conditions this isn't a place for you"
