"Almost everyone obeys local dog leash ordinances. that is always nice. and most of the dogs are friendly too."
  • River.faille
"There’s a lot of homeless but not much crime. It’s affordable and safe. The parks are nice, and it’s got decent schools. I would definitely buy a house in this area at some point. There’s some trashy elements in the apartment complexes but it’s pretty full of community feeling and people look out for one another here too. "
  • Pamela M.
"we have very nice potlucks and events put on in our neighborhood by the local churches. also Emerald park puts together some nice weekend events"
  • Thehillgang
"There is a very active & big railway station to the west of NW Expressway that kids should stay away from. If your a light sleeper the trains make a fair amount of noise even in the evening. "
