It is located west of the 5 freeway and has many amenities such as a pool, jacuzzi, basketball court, sports court, park for kids, rv parking, boat parking, dog park, work out area and more! You will have complete access to park in the driveway and access to the garage. It is a safe, quiet neighborhood with great neighbors.

PRIVATE BEDROOM: I have one private room with brand new carpet on the bottom level right next to a full bathroom. The room is empty and ready for you to move in. It has a full closet inside the room and a small storage area in the room as well. You will have access to the entire bottom floor of the house and property including private room, private closet, bathroom, shower, private storage area, washer and dryer, garage, backyard, BBQ, full kitchen including refrigerator, stove top - gas range, microwave, oven, sink, pantry, island, couch, giant 86" big screen T.V., and much more! Very private and comfortable room because all the other rooms are upstairs.

PRIVATE MASTER BEDROOM: I also have a large master bedroom upstairs that might be available for a little higher cost. The master bedroom includes a private balcony, his and hers sinks, full bath, huge walk-in closet and a giant bathtub. There is plenty of space for a bed, tables, chairs, sofa, T.V. or whatever you want to put in it.

Homes in this community are selling for over 2 million dollars and rents are between $6,000 - $8,000 dollars per month. I truly believe this is the best community around. It is the perfect location only two minutes to the freeway, only two minutes to the beach. It's very safe for families and kids. It's quiet, It's peaceful and never gets too hot and never gets too cold. It has a great ocean breeze. You just can't say enough about this community. It's very hard to get in here as nobody ever wants to leave.
