About this House

Quiet, peaceful home on 8 acres. Two-bedroom, two-bathroom open concept with a separate office space. Also, has bonus space where washer and dryer hookups are plan shows garage but it is living space.
You will be sharing the property with us; there is two separate homes quite aways from each other. The home has a 10 x 10 dedicated storage unit. We have resident deer, geese and turkeys on the property.
Home is about 2 miles to highway 80.

Owner pays for water, sewer and garbage. Tenant pays for electricity and propane. This in a non smoking property. Will be sharing the property with us. The homes are aways apart. Tenant has access to your own storage unit that is 10 x 10. Tenant is responsible to care for the yard around the home.
Will need a 12 month lease.

San Francisco or Reno-Lake Tahoe in are under a 2 hour drive. Sacramento is under 30 miles away. One of the nicest most beautiful areas in the USA with much gold rush history nearby. Easy access to rivers and lakes...snow skiing, water sports and mountains nearby. Friendly and beautiful with Mediterranean weather."
