About this House

This would be a great home for a large family. It has a central location and a large half acre lot with a privacy fenced back yard. Gigantic oaks shade the home. Year built was 1933 but was extensively remodeled in 1970. Large living room plus a nice sized den and a formal dining room. Convenient kitchen and four bedrooms, 2 and 1/2 baths and a large indoor laundry room. A little paint and this would be a really nice looking home! Priced to sell, too!!

It's truly a drug infested violent area. No place to raise a family...on the north side that is. South Crestview isn't too bad, with the city expanding and new homes being built next to nicer newer homes and apartment complexes. Be wise. "
