Description

For lease is a 3 bedroom house with all new windows and flooring. There is a beautiful large screened in porch at the front of the house. It's a perfect area for relaxing outside this time of year. Living area and kitchen have new tile and a good sized bonus room has barn board plank tile. Bedrooms are carpeted. In the kitchen you'll find an electric range, dishwasher and refrigerator. There is a small laundry room off the kitchen. The main bath has a large new shower/tub with sink and toilet. The 1/2 bath off the bonus room has a pedestal sink and toilet.

The home has central air/ heat and is all electric. There is a large backyard with a storage building/ workshop. Address is 393 Brackin St. It is a quiet street with a sheriff's substation and EMS center close by. It has easy access to Rt 90 East and is also close to the Post Office, public library and grocery stores and restaurants. Total square footage is over 1900, over 1300 is heated and cooled. I am a private owner and prefer to meet potential tenants using a short application (free) before showing the house. I am looking for a responsible tenant with good rental history (no evictions) and a steady income of $4000 or greater. I will accept a small dog or cat if you have good rental references. Please write to me and I will send you a quick pre-application to see if you qualify. Simple questions about the size of your family, income, etc.

Tenant is responsible for utilities with Florida Light and Power and City of Crestview Water. Security of $1400 is needed to hold the house until June 1. Tenants are currently in the home but I can make an appointment with them to show the house. Please do not ask my current tenants to see the house. If you bother my current tenants, you will not be my future tenant.

It's truly a drug infested violent area. No place to raise a family...on the north side that is. South Crestview isn't too bad, with the city expanding and new homes being built next to nicer newer homes and apartment complexes. Be wise. "
