"Commute is better served with own transportation. Old Town within walking distance. Close enough to downtown, but far enough from the buzz to be comfortable."

"the dogs are all kept on chains or in fences they dont bark all day and night. not a lot of traffic so you can walk your dog without worry "
  • Hollybill1999
"People walk their dogs a lot and there are dogs in yards but are well behaved when strangers walk by. "

"I lived here for over 10 years."

"Nice area to raise kids. No drug action that I have seen and I have lived here for over 10 years. There are a lot of rental units on my street which I wish would be sold to families to turn them into single family homes. They are owned by one person and I wish they were forced to sell them. My street tends to be very quiet in the evening with no yelling or rif raf wandering around. As a whole there are good people in the neighborhood. I would rate it is 6.5 out of 10. I grew up in the Groespeck neighborhood and I would rate that a 9. Close to Old Town is one of the best things about the area."
