Bright coastal interior with soft neutrals and coastal blues, a stone-topped kitchen island set up for real cooking, and a covered front porch shaded by turquoise umbrellas. Designed for extended stays of a month or more, whether that's snowbird months, a sabbatical, or a longer family visit.

Monthly rates range from $4,000 (July/August) to $13,750 (February). Full breakdown below.

Inside:
- Bright open layout with ceiling fans throughout
- Kitchen with stone-topped island, white cabinetry, stainless appliances, and pendant lighting. Set up for real cooking, not just reheating.
- Living room in coastal blues and soft neutrals with comfortable sofa and TV
- Primary bedroom: king bed
- Second bedroom: two twin beds (can convert to a king for a $75 fee with 48hr notice)
- Full bathroom with walk-in glass shower serves both bedrooms
- In-unit washer and dryer

Outside:
- Private covered front porch with turquoise umbrellas, outdoor dining table, and lounge seating
- Shared community pool (heated in winter months)

The location:
Truman Annex is gated, tree-lined, and quiet, right in the middle of Old Town. Fort Zachary Taylor State Park (the island's best swimming sand) is a short walk without leaving the neighborhood. The Truman Little White House is just up the lane. Bahama Village's cafes and galleries are minutes on, and Blue Heaven (the local institution with courtyard chickens and legendary breakfast) is right there. The Hemingway Home & Museum, Duval Street, and Mallory Square are all easy strolls. Old Town is famously walkable and bike-friendly, so most days here happen on foot.
