The breakfast room is conveniently located next to the living room and also has high ceilings, double pocket French doors, a beautiful built-in book shelf and a large window with a garden view. You keep going through the breakfast room and you arrive at the kitchen with lots of natural light, high ceilings, ceiling fan, gas stove, real wood cabinets, stainless-steel appliances, and the details from the last century. The Kitchen has direct access to a private wood deck on the back of the house. Two of the 7 bedrooms are on the first floor and every bedroom has its own bathroom. The bedroom next to the kitchen has a small office and the original claw-foot tub in the bathroom. The second downstairs bedroom has a bay window with a view to Esplanade, stained windows and a jet tub in the bathroom. On the second floor there are 4 more bedrooms, one with a 180-degree view window. The seventh bedroom or game room is in the basement, and it was once used as the live-in-manager’s room for the Bed and Breakfast. This house is historical, it is magical and once a very successful business. Furniture is negotiable.
