Blue Oak Property Management is offering for rent a room on individual lease. The room one is 17 x 9.5 and has on suite half bath. This house is located in the Mansion Park Neighborhood. It is just next door to the historic Bidwell Mansion. Stroll downtown and enjoy the many restaurants and events. Cool your toes in the Chico Creek or ride your bike through lower Bidwell Park. House is Chico Charmer with vintage features such as hardwood floors through out the house. This house has central heat and air, large closets in every bedroom, indoor laundry room with washer and dryer included. Kitchen includes dishwasher, fridge, gas range and stove, and microwave. Enjoy relaxing in your private backyard with large covered patio and fenced in yard.

Room rent is $675 per month with a security deposit of $675. Pets considered with an additional deposit (age and breed restrictions apply). One year lease term. Renters insurance is required. Available June 1st. Please do not disturb the current tenants.

RESERVATION PROCEDURES: To reserve a property a holding deposit in the amount of half of the security deposit is required. This holding deposit is non-refundable at time of receipt and will only be refunded if applications are not approved. A holding deposit is required before any applications will be accepted. Holding deposits are taken on a first-come, first-serve basis. A holding deposit is the only way that you may reserve a place in line for a property. You may place a holding deposit sight unseen. If a holding deposit has already been placed you may place a backup holding deposit to be placed next in line. Backup holding deposits are fully refundable at anytime unless your application is moved into the 1st position. Holding deposits must be paid at our office in the form of personal check, cashier's check, money order or via online ACH transfer (please contact our office directly to pay with this option). No cash is accepted for the holding deposit.

WAITLIST: if you are added to our waitlist we are either waiting on times available to see a property or there may be a holding deposit already placed on the property. Being on the waitlist does not guarantee a reservation for a property nor does it reserve a place in line. If you are added to our waitlist you will be notified immediately when we have a showing schedule or if the property has been rented. Everyone on the waitlist will be notified at the same time.
