" We have friendly neighbors and a quiet community. Sometimes people gather for small events like potlucks and holiday celebrations. During Halloween, families decorate their homes and kids enjoy trick-or-treating. It feels safe and welcoming for families."
  • Trulia User
"There are many families who live here that love the parks here. Big parks are raely full doing day and night . Lots of time for everyone to a wee ndntime with family and friends at many different locations"
  • Trulia User
"People hanging out in the yard on the steps, lots of road blocks, construction and condemned buildings."
  • Celeste M.
"close to the downtown area, bus stops near by. close community library, Weber's point and movie theater"
  • Vonzella J.
"I LIVED HERE FOR 3 years and I love it we seem to have a lot of neighborly people they are not too friendly but we survive "
  • Celeste M.
"the neighborhood is ok. there is a access to public transportation. not to far from elementary schools or restaurants and good stores "
  • Nana M.
"There is only 8 secure parking spaces with 16 units. You park your car on the street where there are so many homeless people walking by picking up bottles/cans, every so often you hear gunshots randomly, the people who manage this place dont do a good job at it. There is supposedly secure parking but they wont tell you that you probably won't get the parking after you pay them their deposit. Neighbors are loud and obnoxious, and I wouldn't leave any belongings in your car, this is NOT a good area to live in with a family. "
  • Vonzellaj
"We are trying to get a function for all of us to enjoy. I love that we communicate with each other and are trying our best to make it happen in this neighborhood"
  • Thomas W.
"Great neighborhood for dogs. Really close to pristine University Park. It’s a popular place for jogging/walking dogs"
