Very positive. The school is quickly improving and students are growing socially and academically.

I'm a sophomore attending this school. The school has some good and bad teachers. The music program is awesome though and is passionate. The block schedule is great since you not stuck with the same classes all year and get a chance to earn more credits. The students here are good.

If your child goes to this school, please go to ctc.ca.gov to check the license of his/her teachers. Many teachers in Cesar Chavez are teaching subjects they do not have license for.

Watch out for open enrollment, it attracts every problem kid from all over Stockton. The administration does not deal with disruptive kids decisively and that leads to chaos in classrooms.
