Beautiful deck. There is a quiet alleyway on the back end of the apartment that connects to Park street and Hickory street. Access to apartment is from street, down driveway, then down private side walk with handrailing. Access to apartment is also from alleyway. We live in the tree street area, so plenty of beautiful large trees, orchard and wildflowers.
Private, 1 bed/1 bath spacious apartment, comfortable for one person or a couple. Queen bed and mattress. Queen air mattress available for guests. New appliances and well stocked kitchen, comfortable couch and chair, bar stools, Smart TV, Roku, wifi/cable, washer/dryer, walk in shower, Ruggable rugs, linens, black out blinds and all amenities you may need. A perfect home away from home to relax in. A modern feel. A private deck for you with porch furniture. Free street parking, no permits needed.
