The kitchen also has a sit-up bar with two additional stools.

If you have work at the Port, downtown Long Beach, or the university this is an ideal spot for a business traveler. If you are on vacation and looking for the perfect beach spot in-between Los Angeles and Orange County this is it. Whether visiting friends and relatives or are just in need of a quiet, relaxing environment - this is a prime location.

WINTER RENTAL ONLY MONTH-TO-MONTH AVAILABLE 12/15/24 thru 3/15/25. Renter is responsible for electricity usage only. $150 cleaning fee due with last month's rent.
