"Getting off the peninsula in the summer months takes more time- other than that commute is great - I take Bayshore to get to 2nd then off to Anaheim for work "

"The single lane slows down traffic considerably. All drivers here are slow and you must always stop completely at the enforced stop signs. Police officers are constantly monitoring the neighborhood and will be driving at all hours "
