We have seven beautifully furnished efficiency studios in our exquisite remodeled 1905 historic gem in desirable Midtown. We have set these up with the traveling professional or new-to-Reno person in mind. Every detail has been thought of to make this feel like home. Each unit has its own small refrigerator/freezer, microwave, keurig and cabinet with dishes, glasses and silverware. Ceiling fans, good size closet, dressers, desks and art work fill the rooms to make them your home. Units all have hardwood floors and tile baths. This studio has queen sized bed and 2 leather chairs/ottomans and large smart television. Studios come with quality bedding and bath towels, so all you need to bring is your clothing. There is large fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare gourmet meals that is shared amongst the apartments. There is basement with individual locked storage and washer/dryers, iron, board, etc. There is also large upright freezer for extra food storage for those who like to shop in bulk or do advance meal prep. There is off street parking, built-in bbq with picnic area, corn hole and raised bed sprinklered garden. Large covered front and back porches are furnished so you can enjoy the beautiful outdoor living Reno has to offer. Building has brand new heating system and air conditioning. There are two cruiser bikes for guest use. The rent includes all utilities, smart TV and WIFI so you don't need to sign up for any services. This is an usual opportunity for someone who wants a beautiful, quality place to live in Midtown Reno for professional stays or just moving to Reno and does not need or want a lot to take care of. We are careful to choose quality tenants. Leases are month-to-month or longer term. $135 cleaning fee.
