requirements:need good credit score,
must have a stable job and have proof to show that .no smoking is a must as well.first mont hrent and 1 month rent as security deposit to move in.
prefer working women who looking to rent a house in safe neighbourhood,walkable distance to everything and close to brandon regional hospital,brandon.small pet allowed as long as stay in your room and clean after themselves.please contact me if serious inquiries and if the add is up it is available.
